Terms and Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

• "NeedHomes" refers to NeedHomes Property Investment Limited and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, and service providers.
• "Subscriber" refers to any individual, organization, investor, developer, property owner, agent, contractor, or user registered on the NeedHomes Platform.
• "Platform" refers to all NeedHomes digital products, mobile applications, websites, investment portals, and payment systems.
• "Property" includes land, buildings, housing units, commercial developments, and real estate-related assets listed on the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• NeedHomes reserves the right to verify user identities through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Subscribers agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Notify NeedHomes immediately of unauthorized account use.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under their account.
• NeedHomes may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

4. PROPERTY LISTINGS

NeedHomes may verify properties before listing them; however:

• Users must conduct independent due diligence.
• Property information is provided on a best-effort basis.
• NeedHomes does not guarantee investment returns.
• NeedHomes is not responsible for errors supplied by third-party property owners or developers.

5. INVESTMENT SERVICES

Where fractional ownership, crowdfunding, co-development, tokenized ownership, or other investment products are offered:

• Investments carry risks.
• Returns are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a legally binding agreement.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Investors must review all project documents before investing.
• NeedHomes reserves the right to reject investment applications.

6. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Subscribers agree that:

• All payments must be made through approved channels.
• Service fees, transaction fees, management fees, and subscription fees may apply.
• Fees may be updated with prior notice.
• Refunds are subject to the applicable refund policy.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

7. SAVE-TO-OWN PROGRAMS

Subscribers participating in housing savings plans agree that:

• Contributions must be made according to the selected plan.
• Withdrawal conditions are governed by the applicable product terms.
• Early withdrawals may attract penalties.
• Housing allocation remains subject to qualification and availability.

8. DEVELOPER AND VENDOR PARTICIPATION

Developers, contractors, and vendors using the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate project information.
• Maintain all required licenses and approvals.
• Deliver services according to agreed specifications.
• Comply with NeedHomes verification standards.
• NeedHomes reserves the right to suspend or remove non-compliant participants.

9. USER CONDUCT

Subscribers shall not:

• Engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
• Upload false property information.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Harass other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All NeedHomes logos, trademarks, software, designs, content, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of NeedHomes.

Subscribers may not:

• Copy platform content without permission.
• Reverse engineer platform technology.
• Use NeedHomes branding without authorization.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

NeedHomes collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Subscribers consent to:

• Identity verification procedures.
• Secure storage of user information.
• Regulatory compliance checks.
• Communication regarding platform services.
• NeedHomes will take reasonable steps to protect user information.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NeedHomes shall not be liable for:

• Market fluctuations.
• Investment losses.
• Property value changes.
• Delays caused by third parties.
• Force majeure events.
• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.
• Users participate at their own risk.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall:

• First be resolved through negotiation.
• If unresolved, proceed to mediation.
• If mediation fails, be submitted to arbitration or the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

NeedHomes may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Terms are violated.
• Regulatory requirements demand action.
• Users provide false information.
• Termination does not remove outstanding obligations.

15. AMENDMENTS

NeedHomes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
