Request data deletion.
Use this page to ask NeedHomes to delete your account and associated personal data. You do not need to be logged in to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- In the NeedHomes app: open More, then choose Delete account.
- On this page: submit the form with the email on your account. We will verify the request and follow up at that address.
- Or email surport@needhomespdc.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
If you only want to pause access without erasing your data, use Request account deactivation instead.
Before we can delete an account
For security and regulatory reasons, deletion is completed after these conditions are met:
- Wallet balance is withdrawn.
- Active investments are closed or exited.
- Pending exit requests are resolved.
- Active or under-review resale listings are cancelled.
What is deleted
- Name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
- KYC documents and identity details such as NIN, CAC files, and liveness images.
- Login credentials and biometric device identifiers.
- Referral codes and personally identifiable support records.
What may be retained
Limited records may be kept where Nigerian law, tax, AML, or dispute-resolution duties require it. Those records are anonymized where possible and are not used to identify you for marketing.
- Investment and payment history required for accounting.
- Records needed to complete pending legal or regulatory inquiries.
Valid requests are processed within 30 days after identity is confirmed and the conditions above are met. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.
